SEASON FOUR
Every episode our team provides travelers with visual and video aids to help better understand comparisons, learn more about topics, and follow what we’re discussing. While we strive to include links to official Genshin Impact resources, some may also be to third-party channels.
Below are some resources surrounding this episode about Lisa, Witch of Purple Rose, that may be helpful to better understand the talking points and lore:

Is Lisa tired from working so hard or just lazy? Or, perhaps she learned at the Sumeru Akademiya that life is too short for all the stress? Either way, if you catch her napping, be sure not to be the one to wake her, or else you’ll get a little shock.

Poor Lisa, one of the few OG characters without a Collected Miscellany video. As Feens notes, it’s only a few characters missing this type of introductory video and we think Lisa still deserves one. Maybe even posthumously? 😮

One thing Lisa didn’t miss out on was a second character outfit. Donning her Akademiya pride in green and gold, Lisa’s outfit is far from the normal uniforms we see in Sumeru City. And while fashion may be dead in Spantamad as Al quips, Lisa definitely adds some spice back to the look.

While talking about Lisa’s alma mater, Bee recommends “The Chair” starring Sandra Oh. You can stream the series on Netflix. Send Bee a note on X/Twitter if you check it out!

During Lisa’s Story Quest, Troublesome Work, we search for a lost book that we ultimately get back after a fight with an Abyss Mage. We learn from them that the Abyss Order stole “The Pale Princess and the Six Pygmies” because it contains… the secret. Dun dun duuuuuunnnn!

Lisa’s cucurbitophobia, or fear of pumpkins, must cause her quite an inconvenience seeing that there’s a cart full of them right inside the city walls. Does she have to sneak out the back gate every time she comes and goes?

When Lisa was introduced on social media, the post included the first question she asked the Sage on her first day in the Sumeru Akademiya: “If you put enough flour into Hydro Slimes, would they turn into Dough Slimes?” Note to self, don’t eat anything Lisa makes for you.

Imagine walking through Mondstadt and running across these gal pals having tea time. Lisa, Jean, and Eula often enjoy afternoon tea together. Whether or not Lisa uses her incredibly expensive tea-cauldron to keep it warm is up for debate.

Another group of tea lovers are the Hexenzirkel witches who often meet on their secret island above the Falcon Coast. Lisa tells us in her voice line about Mona that she’s not a part of their coven and that the “idea of Irminsul exploration and formal tea parties just leaves me cold.” Must be the company, TBH.
Artist Spotlight

There are so many talented & creative people in the Genshin community, and we’d like to spread some love to a wonderful artist – OL1 (@ol11e_73). As a Lisa main and extremely talented artist, who better to spotlight on our favorite witch’s episode. OL1’s paintings are bold, colorful, and captivating. Letters from Afar

Fellow traveler Iona wrote in and asked if we could be related to any Genshin character or NPC, who would we choose.
Bee and Al would both choose to be Cloud Retainer’s adopted children, Feens would like Gaming as a fun brother to trauma bond with, and Tif brought out the surprise incest (unintentionally) by choosing Rosaria.
