Every episode our team will work to provide you with visual and video aids to help you better understand comparisons and what we’re talking about.
Below are some resources surrounding Kaeya Alberich that may be helpful to better understanding him and his lore:

Genshin Impact has a manga series out that is a prequel to the start of the game. The manga happens 6-12 months before the start of the game and covers lore surrounding Collei and her dark powers. Additionally, it reviews the death of Crepus Ragnvindr and its affects on Diluc and Kaeya.

It has been noted that characters that have a relation to Khaenri’ah have star shaped pupils. This can be confirmed when we meet Kaeya, Dainsleif and Halfden. It can then be assumed that Pierro is also from Khaenri’ah due to his star pupils.

In certain cultures, the Peacock represents royalty. This can be true when looking at India and Muslim culture throughout history. This, paired with the fact that the name Kaeya means “Monsoon Flower” in Sanskrit, suggests that Kaeya’s family could be royalty and also Sumeran.

Over the summer of 2022, Hoyoverse released a video showcasing the Fatui Harbingers hosting a funeral for Signora. In this video, we get our first look at the Harbingers we haven’t seen yet. This included Pierro, whose appearance sparked debate he could be Kaeya’s father.

During the podcast, we mention the Norse story of Alberich the Dwarf and how his story could be related back to Kaeya and his potential story line. Of course, Hoyoverse could always be taking bits and pieces from stories like this, but we think it seems sus.

Brothers, amirite?
Kaeya and Diluc might have a love/hate relationship, but in the end, they’ll always be brothers. Kinda.
