What is everyone doing in Mondstadt?

Everyone from the Knights are surrounding a large evergreen tree in the middle of town–on the landing just above the central fountain–and Jean and Albedo are helping Klee place a small ornament onto the tree while the rest of the knights and townsfolk light candles.

What are some of my favorite relationships up to?

Chongyun has invited his Aunt Shenhe to spend the holidays together and Chongyun has invited Xingqiu to join them. Xingqiu is intimidated by Auntie Shenhe, who is overly protective of her nephew, but truly Shenhe likes Xingqiu. When Chongyun leaves to pick up food from Xiangling, specially made for him and his needs, Xingqiu shows Shenhe what he got Chongyun for the holidays. She takes it and looks at his with a muted look, and then smiles saying, “He will love this, you know him well.” Xingqiu is over the moon and is immediately more open with Shenhe. When Chongyun returns, they exchange gifts and have a merry night. Chongyun wonders all night long what happened while he was gone.

Tighnari, Cyno, and Collei are celebrating life this year after the events of the archon quest. With Collei healed and Tighnari feeling better, they’ve all decided to stay in Gandharva Ville where they’re exchanging presents. When a thunderstorm happens, Tighanri gets anxious. Cyno and Collei join him on the sofa with blankets, hot coco, and calming incense and Tighnari is immediately relieved. Once the storm has passed, Kaveh and Alhaitham stop by, bringing desserts and gifts. Kaveh passes out on the couch and Alhaitham apologizes as Tighnari sets up the spare room for them. Tighnari feels at peace for once during the holiday season surrounded by those he loves.

Rosaria is spending Christmas Eve at Angel’s Share when Kaeya walks in, sits next to her at the bar, and orders a double. He explains to Rosaria that he told Diluc about his budding relationship with Albedo, and felt like Diluc was unreceptive. Rosaria reassures him that it must be a misunderstanding, when Diluc walks into the bar and sits on Kaeya’s other side. Kaeya is too afraid to look at him, but Diluc takes the opportunity to tell Kaeya that he had misunderstood him. He wasn’t ashamed of Kaeya, but had rolled his eyes that Kaeya didn’t think Diluc already knew about him and the alchemist. Kaeya, already drunk, jumps up to give him a hug, and Rosaria takes the rest of his drink as the brothers return to the Winery for Christmas.

What would my current team be doing for Christmas?

Rosaria would be at the soup kitchen with Barbara. First going begrudgingly but when she sees how Babs is running herself ragged trying to do everything for everyone, she steps in to help. Babs is surprised and so thankful to have her. 

Kuki would have been spending the holiday with her extended family but after finding out that Itto had no one to be with, she changed her plans and spent the day with him. They made a fire on the beach, sang songs and ate roasted lavender melons.

While hesitant at first, Ei was convinced to spend the holiday with Yae Miko at the Narakumi Shrine with the shrine maidens and other guests. Overwhelmed by so many people, Ei took a walk to the beach to clear her head and came across a white cat. She followed the cat to an inset in the cliffs where she found Kazuha who was paying respects to his fallen friend at his grave. Angry to see her since she was the one to kill Tomo, he lashed out for her to leave. Dumbfounded, she explained it wasn’t her but Raiden Shogun that did the deed. She then told him the whole story and he decided to join the whole group at the shrine.
