May we present the Qiqi shuffle! For anyone playing on a computer with a keyboard, you’re able to make Qiqi do this little dance by quickly pressing the movement keys.

Herbalist Gui is the other employee at the Bubu Pharmacy. He stands in for Baizhu whenever the doctor is having one of his bad days after treating patients. He also manages the shop and says that if he goes by the pharmacy at night he often sees Baizhu out front teaching Qiqi new exercises.

During the Endless Suffering short trailer we see Xiao wake up in Bubu Pharmacy, seemingly unaware of how he arrived there. Qiqi pops her head up from the side of the bed and tells Xiao that she carried him on her back. Too bad they didn’t include that in the video.

Chenyu Vale is the place where Baizhu grew up and his contract with Changsheng began. While this city is not on our map, many believe it was once in the north western side of the Minlin area of Liyue.

We discussed Baizhu’s story quest in the episode, which largely centers around a family from Liyue. Jiangli, Ayu & Jialiang (pictured left to right) are all working to try to keep the father, Jialiang, alive as long as possible.

After a touching goodbye, Jialiang is ready to end his suffering and let his family live on. But unbeknownst to most of us, Baizhu gave Jialiang the Elixir of Immortality. Since he dies with the medicine in his body, he awakens as a zombie. While Baizhu is sure to note he will not live forever, it will give him more time to be with his family. Which is exactly what this family was looking for to begin with.

Al brings us through the legend of the Eight Immortals and how one immortal had a calabash gourd that contained a medicine that could cure any illness, also called the “elixir of immortality.” Fittingly, Baizhu’s constellation Lagenaria is in the shape of a gourd.

Al also talks about the Legend of the White Snake, a Chinese legend centered around a romance and the ability to revive a loved one.

When Qiqi went all berserker, Mountain Shaper encased her in Amber Rock. The same amber rock that you can open in the Minlin area of Liyue. Sometimes you find a crystalfly, other times you get run over by a very impatient boar.

Anthony and Anna are the pair of siblings being discussed in Baizhu’s character teaser. You can find Anthony by the fountain in Mondstadt wondering how he can help his sick sister. Once you help him and Anna is cured, you’ll go to some interesting places to find her. She definitely makes up for lost time.
